Shona Ferguson has died . . . according to reports . He was 47 years old.
Business and actor Shona Ferguson has died from Covid 19 complications, not from having a heart operation as previously reported. He died at Milpark Hospital, this Friday afternoon.
His death has rocked all of Mzansi, as the news broke on Friday afternoon . . . this is undoubtedly a horrible time for for his family and loved ones. The news of his death was confirmed by Conrad Mwanza, a representative from the Ferguson Foundation.
The actor and businessman is well known for his work in The Queen, Rockville, Kings of Joburg and more. He and his wife Connie Ferguson founded their own TV production company Ferguson Films, and are known for their great work and amazing shows.
The actor reportedly experienced breathing problems, and was taken to hospital. This news has shocked Mzansi, and it’s a huge loss for the film industry and south Africa as a whole.
We first knew of Shona Ferguson when he got in Generations years ago, and he married Connie Ferguson in 2001. The couple have been blessed with 1 child, a daughter named Ali.
His death has left South Africa shocked and in disbelief. It’s terrible news for his family foremost, but also for Mzansi at large.
