Samsung Galaxy A71 Review

Samsung Galaxy A71 is a beautiful all-rounder mid-range phone

I got hold of the Samsung Galaxy A 71 after I lost my previous Samsung phone (not worth mentioning the model). I was desperate for a phone, and I wanted a good phone that I could use not just for work, but also to take decent pictures and decent videos as I felt it was time to get into the Instagram game.

The Samsung Galaxy A70 came with a few great features, so I was expecting a better phone in the A71. The phone brings an excellent amount of upgrades over the A70. . . which I love.

Some of the features that stand out for me is the new Infinity-O Super AMOLED panel like Samsung’s flagships, the Snapdragon 730 which is their chosen processor, and the camera. The camera for me is one of the things that get me excited, it is a quad camera that has a 64MP front camera and a 5MP back camera, and Android 10 with One UI 2.0 out of the box. I have been having a ton of fun with my partner snapping up dope pictures and videos.

So far, I am enjoying the Samsung Galaxy A71 . . . it is sleek in design and it is light, making it a joy to use. Despite the 6.7-inch display and 4,500 mAh battery . . . I love that it displays beautifully. I enjoy the vivid colours, and the bright levels . . . and like I said already it takes beautiful pictures.

It also has in-display optical fingerprint sensor, and facial recognition, which is fun to use. What I also enjoy on the phone is the built-in screen recorder that lets me record on-screen content with a single tap, it also comes with Bixby Routines, so I am able to automate various tasks on my phone.

One of the things I was looking for in a phone was great battery life, which the Samsung A71 has delivered on. It comes with 25W fast charging, which allows the 4,500 mAh battery to go from 0 to 100 percent in around 80 minutes, which I absolutely love.

In a nutshell for me . . . the Samsung Galaxy A71 has delivered on most of the things that I was looking for. It’s sleek in design, takes dope pictures and videos and the battery that allows fast charging.

Would I recommend it to a friend or a family member . . . absolutely!
