Our Experience at Mozambik Restaurant in Centurion Mall

We finally had the pleasure of trying out Mozambik Restaurant and it was amazing. From walking in and being warmly greeted and escorted to our table. The general ambiance was vibey and welcoming with the music and super friendly staff.

We had a table overlooking the little river and it was pretty nice being “outside” and enjoying the fresh air. Our drinks were not just tasty but very visually appealing. We experimented with a few cocktails, ranging from mojito to S*x at the Beach.

Okay, let’s get to the good stuff “Food”.

For starters, we had chicken livers, prawn bilene and fish cakes… it was all so heavenly, and I must say, my favourite was the prawn bilene. My goodness, we were short of licking our plates.

Our Mains, Bae and I had the Sharing platter for 2, this consisted of calamari, 4 medium prawns, half chicken and beef espetada paired with rice and chips. Ohh so yum.

My sister had the ribs, 6 medium prawns paired with chips and vegetables. Let’s just say she said absolutely nothing during her meals…she dug in until the very end.

We loved how generous the portions were and of course the bursts of exotic flavors that just truly take you on a trip to Mozambique.

Desert was incredible, we had the double decker and the chocolate volcano and they were just so delicious.

Overall, we will be going back there without a doubt. Thank you so much Mozambik, Centurion team…keep up the amazing service.
