Mamasamba is beautifully designed, inside it is adorned with greens, you’d swear you are at an indoor jungle. There is also a lot of greenery and plants, and of course the star of the show, which is the winding green staircase that leads to the upper level, where the bar is situated.
And their food?
The food is vibrant and flavorful because they are influenced by Central and South American cuisine, and in addition to that, it tastes delicious!

They offer a good selection of dishes, such as Pulpo a la Brasa (chargrilled octopus), Rib Eye Asado (rib eye on the bone, with white onion cream, josper pumpkin and potato with chive queso), Mexican beef ribs (mango and cola braised sticky beef ribs, fennel and smokey jalapeno salad), Baby grilled chicken, Linefish, Grilled salmon, and Prawns.
For those with a sweet tooth, the Pan De Banana, Mamacita’s Hotcakes, or the Rabanada are sure to please ( which is a french toast waffle, burnt dulce de leche, caramelised banana, dulce de lece gelato and cinnamon).
The bar on the top level has an extensive cocktail menu, which is also inspired by Latin America, and it offers 26 tequilas for their patrons to enjoy.

The Mamasamba Restaurant project is by Colada House – led by restaurateurs Gaz Hollywood and Jo Dos Passos who are the team behind Proud Mary, so we know we are in for a treat.
MAMASAMBA is located at the Zone at Rosebank, and is open everyday from 6h30 am to 11 PM.
