Dr Nandipha Magudumana back in court on 17 April

Dr. Nandipha Magudumana made a brief appearance in court, in Bloemfontein, and her next court date is set for April 17th, when she will have a bail information hearing and may apply for bail.

Dr. Magudumana and her partner, convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester, were arrested in Tanzania, they were brought back to South Africa to face up to their charges.

Dr. Magudumana is facing four charges on her wrap, including fraud, murder, aiding and abetting a criminal, and defeating the ends of justice. She will remain in police custody in Bloemfontein until her court appearance on the 17th, and everyone is now wondering if she will be granted bail.

Thabo Bester is being held at the Kgosi Mampuru C-Max facility in Pretoria, where he will watched 24/7. Police have made additional arrests in connection with Bester’s escape from custody and are asking anyone else involved to come forward. This case involves a lot of people, including people from high up, very powerful people.

A man who worked for the company that installed and maintained cameras at the Mangaung Correctional Centre was also in court at the same time as Nandipha, is facing charges related to aiding a convicted prisoner’s escape.

The case goes in soo deep, and the truth is slowly coming out. This morning, we learned about voice notes that have been released on social media, and on them, you can hear a male (assumed to be Thabo Bester) threatening who is assumed to be Dr Nandipha , in a very agressive tone.
