AKA Memorial Service 17 February 2023: Watch Live

Online tickets for slain South Africa rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes’ memorial service on Friday, 17 February were in so much demand, that they sold out in 3 hours. If you didn’t get a ticket, worry not, you can watch it live right here.

Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes was gunned down outside a Durban Restaurant on Florida Road, he was assasinated while surrounded by friends and his team last Friday night.

Police are still working on finding the killers and the motive behind the assassination. Along with AKA, Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane was also killed.

The nation has been in mourning since news of their death became public, and with CCTV footage showing their final moments, the masses are hoping the police do their job and bring the killers to book.

It seems there’s been an attack on the music industry and the artists, given the fact that Dj Sumbody was shot to death late last year, and Vusi Ma R5 also was shot in Pretoria outside a nightclub.

What is even more concerning is that none of the killers have been apprehended, killers are still roaming the streets free, knowing they can commit such crimes and walk free.
